All in stock items are shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt of your order (within 2-4 business days during the Christmas holiday season). You will be notified by email with either a delivery confirmation number for USPS Priority Mail or a tracking number for FedEx depending on your chosen shipment method. These emails will come directly from USPS or FedEx. (Note: We are not responsible for a failure of these email notification due to a wrong email address provded on your order, errors in the USPS of FedEx system, your email spam filter or other factors outside of our control.)
USPS Priority mail packages should reach you within 3 business days of shipment with the exception of holiday time during December which may take a 1-3 days longer. FedEx tracking numbers will include an estimated delivery date which is calculated based on the distance the package must travel. FedEx Ground/Home Delivery packages may also take a day or two longer than normal during the holiday season.
For your convenience, at checkout, shipping methods include an estimated delivery time frame. These estimates are provided directly by USPS and FedEx according to your zip code and do NOT include the time it takes to process and pack your order. They represent the time the package will take to get to you once it is shipped.
Why does my USPS Priority Delivery Confirmation number just say "information received" and doesn't show progress. With USPS Priority mail, we include delivery confirmation at no additional charge. This will tell us (and you) when your package is delivered. It does not track the package's progress along the way in the way that FedEx does. Some post offices between us and you may choose to scan the barcode and there may be an update saying something like "Shipped" or "Enroute". These updates are not always provided by them however and it may continue to say the same "Information Received" until it has actually been delivered to you.
What is your return policy? We only accept returns that have been preauthorized by us ahead of time. Returns MUST be made within 30 days of receipt of your order. Shipping is non-refundable. If your item was damaged in shipment and there is visible damage to the shipping carton, please retain the carton and report the damage to the company that delivered your package, whether it is FedEx or USPS.
